As you are well aware if you have been reading this blog, I am not in agreement with the current policies of Visa and Mastercard in Apple Valley to permit its merchants to charge buyers a transaction fee or a user fee or a use fee for using a debit card in Apple Valley to make a purchase on January 1, 2007. The gasoline service companies are charging between $0.45 and $1.00 for each transaction for use of debit card in Apple Valley on January 1, 2007. Liquor stores in Agoura Hills, California were charging $1.00 for each transaction on January 1, 2007.
The California Home Loan market is about ready to go enter the post holiday mode, as of January 1, 2007. The mortgage brokers in Apple Valley are beating the bushes for clients and the real estate agents are pounding the doors looking for sellers on January 1, 2007. It appears that it is a buyers market and this means that new home owners should not being paying points or transaction fees when they get their mortgages, unless of course there is no other way to get a mortgage in Apple Valley on January 1, 2007.
So if anyone knows of a good place to find a mortgage without points, leave a comment on January 1, 2007. If anyone knows if Paypal in Apple Valley is charging or not charging a transaction fee for a debit card in Apple Valley, please let us know.
