Debit Cards in Los Angeles

Thursday, November 30th, 2006

Does E-bay charge for use of a debit card in Los Angeles on December 1, 2006 and take off $1.00 for using debit cards? I don’t know, but I am curious as to what is happening with debit cards in Los Angeles and Paypal.  Please send me a comment and let me know please.
As you are well aware if you have been reading this blog, I am not in agreement with the current policies of Visa and Mastercard in Los Angeles to permit its merchants to charge buyers a transaction fee or a user fee or a use fee for using a debit card in Los Angeles to make a purchase on December 1, 2006. The gasoline service companies are charging between $0.45 and $1.00 for each transaction for use of debit card in Los Angeles on December 1, 2006. Liquor stores in Agoura Hills, California were charging $1.00 for each transaction on December 1, 2006
The California Home Loan market is about ready to go into holiday mode, as of December 1, 2006.  The mortgage brokers in Los Angeles are beating the bushes for clients and the real estate agents are pounding the doors looking for sellers on December 1, 2006. It appears that it is a buyers market and this means that new home owners should not being paying points or transaction fees when they get their mortgages, unless of course there is no other way to get a mortgage in Los Angeles on December 1, 2006.
So if anyone knows of a good place to find a mortgage without points, leave a comment on December 1, 2006. If anyone knows if Paypal in Los Angeles is charging or not charging a transaction fee for a debit card in Los Angeles, please let us know. As always we say, “Buyers Always Beware” during this holiday season on December 1, 2006.
