California Home Loan Good Guys

Friday, November 3rd, 2006

It has come to my attention that I may have been a little too negative the past few days. Not to worry, there are a lot of good people in the mortgage business, the real estate business and the home loan business. Everyone doesn’t have to have a negative experience when getting a loan. In fact, I had one agent the other day tell me that there is really very little difference between mortgage brokers and that the rates are all pretty set.

We still need to have a second and third opinion in my world of doing business, but again, let the buyer beware. Remember, everyone is in the business of making money and therefore, enter into a transaction with eyes wide open.

I would like to let everyone know that Mark Smith is a very nice real estate agent operating in the Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks neighborhoods. Vona Garza is a friend operating out of Houston, Texas. Jimmy and Terry at Commercial Loan Acquisitions - http://www.commercialloanacquisitions.com/ can be very helpful if one is looking for a business bridge loan. I know this blog is about home loans, but sometimes a bridge loan is better for your business than an equity line of credit against the house.

It’s Friday people - enjoy the weekend.
