My California Home Loan bloggers and those of you seeking a California mortgage with the best rates available, you will want to make sure that you have not overpaid for your beautiful home or second home in the mountains.  Was your home put on the market by a wonderful real estate agent working in conjunction with a wonderfully talented Home Staging specialist.  If so, then you may have overpaid for your home and therefore it will be doubly important to make sure that you get the best available mortgage rate for your home.

The latest and greatest method for selling a home today is to have a Home Staging specialist set the house up after the real estate agent or real estate broker has gotten the listing.  The Home Staging expert has knowledge of all the good things that make a great impression of buyers when they approach the property for sale.  It begins with curb side attention, the lawn, driveway and foyer.  Once inside the feng shui may or may not be appropriate, but is the furniture rented or does it belong to the owners.
