There has been a lot of news this past week about people who have gotten in trouble with a veriable loan and the new interest rates are going to be posted on November 1, 2006. There is only one thing to say at this time and more to talk about next week, but it is important for everyone to realize that it is the responsibility of the borrower to beware of the mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders, the home loan agents and the real estate broker. Buyer beware has been the advice from the financial institution gurus since the beginning of time. Let’s be careful this week when speaking to our financial brokers about a California Home Loan.
