Avocado Hills – Debit Card Rip Off

The time has come today to take action and please let me know if you know the answer to the following business merchant account question. Does the Daily Grill Restaurant and the Elephant Bar restaurant charge for use of a debit merchant card in Avocado Hills, California on January 31, 2007 and take a transaction fee of $3.00 for using debit cards? I don’t know about today, but on January 5, 2007 they did in Lakewood, California and the Daily Grill bit into my bank account when I took a meal at LAX on Monday, January 23, 2007– as sure as I am writing this California Home Loan blog they did indeed take $3.00 of my hard earned money and I am not going to their debit card charging restaurant again with my Debit Card and I am going to have to check and see about any other way of paying for a meal at their restaurant.  However, please please please ask your Daily Grill Restaurant host, hostess and or manger and the Elephant Bar restaurant host, hostess and or manger if they are going to charge you $3.00 or more for using a debit card.  I tell you my restaurant eating friends that this is not right – it is not right to charge $3.00 to use a debit card and I am not going to eat there again until they change their debit card policy.  Imagine if 5,000 people a day or even a week eat at the Daily Grill Restaurant and the Elephant Bar restaurant and use their debit card – it is just too much to pay for such a merchant account transaction fee – and do you think they would charge it if people stopped eating at their restaurant when they have no cash in their pocket?  How many people are going to the ATM and then go the Daily Grill Restaurant and the Elephant Bar Restaurant.
If you haven’t already left a comment below, please do so now and please send me a comment and let me know please. As you are well aware if you have been reading this blog, I am not in agreement with the current policies of Visa and Mastercard and Discovery in Avocado Hills, California to permit its merchants to charge buyers a transaction fee or a user fee or a use fee for using a debit card in Avocado Hills, California to make a purchases on January 31, 2007. The gasoline service companies are charging between $0.45 and $1.00 for each transaction for use of debit card in Avocado Hills, California on January 31, 2007.   My wife had the same problem with Liquor stores in Agoura Hills, California who were charging $1.00 for each transaction on December 4, 2006.  The Daily Grill Restaurant and the Elephant Bar restaurant at $3.00 transaction fee puts them on my “shame on you” list. 
Is there any other way to get a good loan that to let people know in the comment section below. It is important that we educate, inform and speak with one voice. If anyone knows of a local restaurant in Avocado Hills, California is charging or not charging a transaction fee for a debit card in Avocado Hills, California, please let us know.
